The Myrtle Beach City Council approved the following ordinances at its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2008. Some amend existing ordinances, while others are entirely new.

Freshly painted rooms, corridors, stairwells, and patios
New foundations and mattresses all unit types,;in-room safes all accommodations~no charge to our guests; replacement of selected mirrors and appliances. We have newly refurbished furniture and kitchen cabinets,all unit types; as well as kitchen countertops.
For many years the Sandcastle at the Pavilion has earned the reputation of "the Place to be" in Myrtle Beach - and rightly so! Remember that the perfect vacation begins with the perfect location - and we include all the extras!
The resort has gone through many changes over the past few months. Our maintenance and housekeeping staff are busy renovating, restoring, and revamping so that we can provide a truly fun and enjoyable place for our guests. Each unit is complimented by beautiful updates...freshly painted rooms as well as all interior corridors, stairwells and patio balconies, refurbished furniture, new mattresses, and a complete makeover of the grounds and amenities are just a few of the appealing features that have been completed.
