The stay was great. Rooms were nice and clean... would recommend the sandcastle to any one going to myrtle beach.

It was perfect!!! Housekeeping, front desk clerks, and the pool staff were all amazing!!! This was the best group of people I have seen at any hotel I have ever stayed at! Thank You!!!

We had a super visit at Sandcastle at the Pavilion. Our oceanfront suite was wonderful and the kids had a great time.

I just want you all to know that my husband and I stayed at your hotel April 27- May 3,2008. Online reservations were quick and easy. When we got to your hotel check in was great!!! A lady named Ashley was wonderful she checked us in quickly and had a great personality that made our day. Every employee we came in contact said hello and smiled. The pools were great, the location was great, and the service was wonderful. Again thank you for everything you did. I have not decided what nationals I am going to next year but if and when I go back to Myrtle Beach I will contact you for reservations.
My wife and I Stayed at SANDCASTLE in FEBRUARY 2008. Out of all the Hotels, Condos, etc. The thing that sets you people above all the rest is your staff.There is nothing more comforting than a smile and your staff takes the cake. We stayed in ROOM 607. Recently my husband and I stayed at the Sandcastle on vacation..we had already reserved the room when we found the reviews on the internet. Needless to say, we were apprehensive about what we would find when we got there after reading the reviews...however, upon arriving on July 4 2007, we found our rooms to be very clean, a great view (7th floor) and the employees were very courteous. We were there until July 8th, and had no problems whatever. The cooking utensils were clean and we had everything we needed. Our stay was very pleasant and we would consider staying again in the future. Yes there was only 1 elevator in our building, but we did not find ourselves waiting for long periods of time to get on. There was easy access to the beach. The pool was cleaned every morning that we were there. The only drawback was people putting towels on chairs early and saving them for later..but that is going to happen anywhere you go. It was a very enjoyable trip and I would recommend this place to my friends.
We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and smelled refreshing everytime we walked through the door. We will be back to stay at this hotel hopefully in Room 310. Great view of the ocean.
